Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services operate from two sites, Harold’s Cross and Blackrock. We provide specialist multi - disciplinary services in Extended Care and Community Reablement for Older People, Rheumatology Rehabilitation and Specialist Palliative Care. Specialist care is provided for people with a range of needs from rehabilitation to end of life care. We are a mission-focused organisation, which takes pride in its ability to provide excellent healthcare services.
